Plumber

Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems within the society premises.

Repair leakages in water supply lines, drainage lines, valves, taps, flush systems, and sanitary fittings.

Maintain overhead tanks, underground tanks, pipelines, pumps, and water distribution systems.

Attend plumbing complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.

Install, replace, and repair pipes, fittings, faucets, valves, and sanitary fixtures as required.

Ensure proper functioning of sewage, drainage, rainwater, and stormwater systems.

Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment and water supply systems.

Check water pumps, pressure systems, and plumbing connections for smooth operation.

Clear blockages in drainage lines, manholes, floor traps, and wastewater pipelines.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors during plumbing repair and maintenance work.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, material consumption, and plumbing repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards while carrying out plumbing work.

Report major plumbing issues, water leakages, and equipment failures to the Society Manager.

Keep plumbing tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

Perform any other plumbing maintenance duties assigned by the management.
