Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) who will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, evaluating agent performance, identifying process gaps, and ensuring quality standards are maintained across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer calls, chats, emails, and process adherence.
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to agents/team leaders.
- Identify training needs and areas of improvement.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain QA scorecards and documentation.
- Participate in calibration sessions with operations and training teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Track recurring errors and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in call auditing and quality monitoring.
- Knowledge of QA tools, KPIs, CSAT, and process compliance.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
