Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales andmarket penetration.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging real estate markets.
Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, anddeal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and keystakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends toimprove results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and real estate industrystandards.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and leadgeneration activities.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance teamproductivity.
Handle high-value client negotiations and resolve customer concerns professionally andefficiently.
Maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM records, and sales forecasting reports.
Provide strategic inputs to senior management regarding pricing, inventorymanagement, and competitive positioning.
