Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Executive to manage and build strong relationships with customers in the financial services domain. The role involves assisting clients with financial products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist customers with financial products such as investments, banking, and wealth services
• Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client retention

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of financial services (training can be provided)
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
