Location: Thane – Hiranandani.

CTC: Up to ₹5.10 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Work from Bank's VRM call centre floor and engage with bank customers for life insurance sales
• Build and manage relationships with Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) at Bank
• Sell life insurance products — Par, Non-Par, Guaranteed, and Non-Guaranteed plans — to bank customers over the phone
• Convert inbound and assigned leads into policy closures (telesales / call-based selling)
• Train and support bank VRM staff on product knowledge and sales concepts
• Drive reward & recognition programs for bank staff
• Provide policy servicing support when required

✅ Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–4 years in Life Insurance sales only (Health Insurance candidates, please excuse)
• Communication: Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Par/Non-Par products, Guaranteed/Non-Guaranteed plans, and GPT taxation slabs
• Sales Ability: Proven track record of closing deals over the phone / telesales
• Age: Below 34 years
• Location: Should be residing in or near Thane, or willing to commute to Thane Hiranandani daily
• CTC: Current or expected CTC within ₹5.10 LPA
• Joiner Type: Immediate joiners strongly preferred
