With a strong presence across industries, the company helps customers improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance HVAC system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Promote HVAC energy-saving products and industrial solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Develop relationships with consultants, facility managers, plant heads, maintenance teams, and decision-makers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in HVAC and energy management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for candidates who have:
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Passion for technical sales and business development
✔ Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities
✔ Basic understanding of HVAC systems, industrial processes, or energy-saving solutions
✔ Self-driven attitude with willingness to travel for client meetings
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
The candidate should be ready to travel to Maharashtra, Gujarat, and MP for business development and sales and marketing.
