Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management.
  • Lead generation and conversion.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Time management and multitasking.
