Job Title: Security Area Officer / Tele-Recruiter | 1+ Year Exp Must | 100% Office | No Field Work | Thane West

Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 Gross + Incentives + PF + ESI 

Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working

Despite the title "Area Officer/Field Officer", THIS IS A 100% OFFICE JOB. 

No field work, no travel, no outside sales. Only tele-recruitment from Thane office.

MUST HAVE - NON NEGOTIABLE:

1. 1+ year experience in Security guard hiring

2. Hands-on experience calling candidates from Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai

3. Done 20+ guard placements in past

4. Knows how to check height, documents, background on video call

5. Comfortable with 60-80 calls/day + Google Forms + WhatsApp bulk

JOB ROLE:

You will hire security guards for Mumbai-based clients from our Thane office:

1. Call + screen 60-80 candidates daily via phone/WhatsApp video

2. Rate candidates on Personality, Alertness, IQ, Communication, Reliability, Documents 

3. Send 15-20 shortlisted profiles daily to clients

4. Follow up till DOJ + 30 days retention

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:

1. Freshers with 0 experience

2. Field Sales / Area Sales / B2B Sales people

3. Candidates with only customer support / telesales experience. We need security guard recruitment / management experience only.

WHAT WE OFFER:

1. Higher Fixed: Rs 20K-30K for right candidate. No fresher salary

2. Performance Incentive: Rs 250 per guard who joins + completes 30 days
