Location : Kapurbawadi, Kolshet Road, Thane
Experience:4-5 Years (Preferred)
Education :S.S.C/H.S.C/Graduate
Eligibility :Ex-Servicemen (Armed / Paramilitary Forces)
Salary:25000/- (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Access Control: Enforce strict access control, identity verification, and visitor management for guests, drivers, couriers, and employees.
Pass Verification: Process and verify specialized clearances including Gate Passes, OD (On Duty) Passes, Short Leave approvals, and OT (Overtime) Slips.
Traffic & Material Tracking: Track and maintain accurate logs for vehicle movements, oversee campus parking, and check bags to prevent unauthorized asset removal.
Patrolling: Maintain continuous gate monitoring and conduct regular patrolling of the company perimeter area.
Logs & Handover: Systematically update the Key Register and conduct formal documentation updates using the Handing / Taking Over Duty Register with the shifts.
Emergency Response: Serve as the first line of emergency response and maintain overall workplace discipline.
