Job Description


*Designation:** Sr. Relationship Manager

*Shift Timing:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Week Off:** Sunday & 2nd Saturday (Half Day)

*Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 (In Hand)


 **Key Responsibilities (KRA)**


* Must have experience in **Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Mortgage Sales**.

* Handle the **end-to-end home loan process**, from **lead generation to loan disbursement**.

* Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams throughout the loan process.

* Manage documentation, login, processing, sanction, and disbursement.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth loan processing.


 **Eligibility**


* Minimum relevant experience in **Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage Sales** is mandatory.

* Candidates with experience in the complete loan cycle will be preferred.

* Strong communication and customer handling skills.
