The Sky Pilots & Projects-Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects within the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department. • Lead and manage a team of Sky Pilots, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
