The Sky Pilots & Projects-Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects within the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the department's performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of Sky Pilots, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for project initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire collaboration.
