Sky Service Cards-Team Leader-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound
- Lead and manage the inbound contact centre team focused on Sky Service Cards. - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient handling of customer queries and service requests. - Coordinate with team members to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity. - Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - Support training and development initiatives for team members to build skills and knowledge. - Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. - Drive continuous improvement in contact centre operations through feedback and analysis. - Maintain a positive work environment that motivates the team to achieve targets.Job role
