The Sky Service CCU Affluent-Team Leader will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service for affluent clients. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and direct client interaction to maintain high satisfaction levels and drive business growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention among affluent clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align services and offerings with the needs of affluent customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
