Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound
As a Customer Service Executive in the Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound department, you will be the front-line representative for our customers. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients by providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional service.- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
