- ₹22K – ₹35K (No collections experience)
- Up to ₹38K (With collections experience)
- Unlimited incentives
- Training incentives up to ₹10K
🕒 Shift: US Shift | 2 Rotational Week Offs

- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaSSC / HSC / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO (Voice) experience
- Good English communication skills
- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound/inbound calls for collections
- Negotiate and resolve customer outstanding payments
- Maintain quality & compliance standards
- Achieve targets and performance metrics
- 🧠 Selection ProcessHR Round – Telephonic
- Ops Round – Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
- Versant Test – Minimum score 67 (from office)
