Job Description

Key & Responsibility:


·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers & handle inbound customer inquiries politely

·      Explain company products or services over the phone and generate leads and schedule appointments

·      Follow up with customers for sales and payments and meet daily/weekly call and Monthly lead targets

·      Update CRM or company databases regularly
