Now we are offering opportunity to prospective Tele Caller to Call, Inform and Counsel Candidates to enrol for Diploma, UG, PG, Ph.D. and other job oriented courses.

Job Designation: Tele Caller

Qualification :- Any Graduate (Fresher’s are welcome)

Salary :- Rs.12,000 - Rs. 20,000pm Fixed

Job Location – Thane west

Requirements:

·        Cold Calling needs to be Converted into a potential lead

·        Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective students.

·       Explain services,courses, or programs clearly and professionally.

·        Understand student’s requirements and provide suitable guidance.

·        Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

·        Maintain accurate records of conversations and student details.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and conversion targets.

·        Handle student queries and concerns effectively.

·        Ability to build rapport
