Position: Inbound Customer Service Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet daily quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
• RequirementsHSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center is an advantage.
