Job Title: Associate – Outbound Voice (Banking Sales)
Job Category: BPO / Telesales / BD
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (On-roll, 1 Year – No Contract)
Salary:
Freshers: ₹18,000/month (Fixed)
Experienced: Up to ₹26,000/month
Insurance Experience (Thane only): Up to ₹35,000/month
Experience Required: Freshers / Min. 6 months BPO, Tele-sales, or Customer Service
Education: Graduate (Any Stream) – Mandatory
Age Limit: 18–33 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays + Sundays
Job Description:
HGS is hiring for a Banking Sector outbound voice process involving lead generation, cross-selling credit cards and insurance, and customer engagement on behalf of a leading bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling for lead generation
Handle inbound customer queries
Cross-sell credit cards and insurance products
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Share market feedback with internal teams
Skills Required:
Good English communication
Sales aptitude and interpersonal skills
Tele-sales/BPO background preferred
