Telecalling Executive

Qualification- Graduate

Experience- 06 to 3 yrs, Minimum 6 months

Budget- 2.25 LPA to 3.00 LPA

Responsibilities –

·      Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

·      Convert prospective customers using scripts.

·      Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

·      Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

·      Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

·      Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

·      Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.

·      Selling health insurance over the call, by considering the organization need.

·      Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process

·      To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience

·      Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer
