Designation: Tele-Counsellor
Job Location: Thane
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective customers/students.
- Explain products, services, courses, or programs clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Generate admissions, sales, or appointments as per organisational goals.
