Role & Responsibilities:


Calling existing customers for vehicle service reminders and follow-ups


Generating and confirming service appointments (PMS / Paid / Free Service)


Updating customer interaction details accurately in CRM


Ensuring daily calling targets and appointment targets are achieved


Sending service appointment confirmation messages to customers


Handling customer queries related to service and workshop visits


Following up on pending and future-dated appointments


Maintaining proper call quality, etiquette, and professionalism


Coordinating with Team Leaders / CCM for daily updates and issues


Ensuring 100% data attempt and proper punching in CRM


Key Skills Required:


Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)


Basic computer and CRM knowledge


Customer-handling and convincing skills


Ability to work with targets and timelines


Discipline and data accuracy
