Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting patient

leads through outbound and inbound calling. The role focuses on building

patient relationships, explaining IVF services, and driving

appointments/consultations for the centers.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Conversion:

 Make outbound calls to potential patients from provided databases

 Handle inbound inquiries from social media, website, and campaigns

 Convert inquiries into OPD visits / consultation bookings

2.⁠ ⁠Patient Counseling (Basic Level):

 Provide basic information about IVF treatments and services

 Understand patient concerns and guide them accordingly

 Build trust and maintain confidentiality with patients

3.⁠ ⁠Follow-ups & Database Management:

 Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients

 Update lead status in CRM / Excel tracker

 Ensure proper documentation of patient interactions

4.⁠ ⁠Coordination:

 Coordinate with center teams for appointment scheduling

 Work closely with marketing team for campaign leads

 Ensure smooth patient handover to center staff

5.⁠ ⁠Target Achievement:

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

 Maintain high conversion ratio from leads to appointments

Key Requirements:

 Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / telecalling (Healthcare preferred)

 Education: Graduate in any field

 Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi & Basic English

Salary 25000 + Incentives .
