Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Review and understand tender documents in detail, covering all technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare and submit complete tender documentation accurately and within timelines
- Actively manage and track GeM and other tender portals, including tenders received through invitations as well as those identified independently
- Take ownership of company registrations with targeted organizations, completing all required documentation and processes as shared by the marketing team
- Handle end-to-end paperwork and correspondence related to tenders, ensuring nothing is missed or delayed
- Manage documentation for product certifications, approvals, and compliance requirements across projects and companies
- Maintain well-organized records of all tenders, submissions, approvals, and related documentation
- Track progress and follow up consistently to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and closures
