Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers through virtual channels such as phone calls, video calls, emails, and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales, customer engagement, policy servicing, and cross-selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through virtual platforms and tele-calling.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide policy-related assistance and after-sales service to customers.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers for renewals and persistency.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Adhere to company compliance and regulatory guidelines.
