Job Description
Job Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On Kotak Bank Payroll)
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions over calls for Kotak banking products.
- Drive sales and cross-sell banking products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Sales / BPO Telecalling. (Freshers not eligible)
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Age: 18 to 30 years
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Skills Required:
- Strong mathematical and calculation ability
- Persuasive and confident telecalling skills
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
Requirements: No employment gap exceeding 6 months will be considered.
- Candidate must be polished and professional.
Salary: Up to ₹4,50,000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)
- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
