Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve daily targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and overall performance.
- Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
- Coordinate with managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and share performance reports and updates with management.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer-related concerns when required.
