Relationship Manager - MF
- Identify potential micro-markets and form Joint Liability Groups (typically 10-20 members).
- Loan Processing: Collect KYC, verify client points (CPV), conduct Continuous Group Training (CGT), and manage end-to-end documentation.
- Repayment & Collections: Ensure 100% on-time repayment by conducting regular center meetings to collect installments and manage delinquencies.
- Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company in the assigned area and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional products like insurance or other loans to existing customers. [1, 2, 3, 4]
