Job Title: Billing Assistant

Location: Chennai


Job Summary The Billing Assistant will be responsible for preparing customer invoices accurately and on time, maintaining billing records, supporting MIS reporting, and managing documentation related to sales and dispatch. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong MS Excel skills, and effective written and verbal communication in English to ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and customers


Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Billing, MIS, Documentation, Sales Support, or Back Office.

• Freshers with excellent Excel skills and good communication may also apply
