💼 Role of a Business Development Manager (Coworking & Virtual Office)A Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new clients, building partnerships, and expanding market presence for coworking spaces and virtual office services. The role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, and long-term business growth.

  • Generate leads through digital platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Handle inbound inquiries from Google, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages
  • Convert leads into paying customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
