Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive (VAN SALES) to expand our footprint in the Kerala car care market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our premium car care products (washes, waxes, polishes, and professional detailing supplies) by building strong relationships with multi-brand workshops, detailing centres, spare parts retailers, and showrooms across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer & Retailer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and service centres within the assigned territory.

Market Penetration: Conduct field visits to independent garages and authorized service centres to demonstrate product efficacy and secure orders.

Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and technical support.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive territory management and effective negotiation.

Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records of credit cycles in accordance with company policy.

Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback within the Kerala market to suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.

1-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG, Automotive, or Lubricant industries. Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Must be fluent in Malayalam (essential for local market rapport) and have a working knowledge of English or Hindi.

Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a personal vehicle for daily field visits.

Strong communication skills, persuasive personality, and a "go-getter" attitude. Familiarity with the geography of Kerala districts is a major plus.
