Production & Logistics Assistant (Printing, Packing & Driving)

We are looking for a versatile and reliable Backend Staff / Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling tasks that range from operating printing equipment and managing basic computer workflows to packing orders and handling occasional driving/delivery duties.

• Key Responsibilities:Printing Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain in-house printing and customization machinery (training will be provided, but basic mechanical aptitude is required).
• Computer Tasks: Handle basic computer operations, such as receiving order details, loading print files, and updating job statuses.
• Packing & Inventory: Carefully quality-check, pack, and label finished products securely to ensure they are ready for transit or client pickup.
• Driving & Logistics: Safely drive company vehicles for local pickups, stock sourcing, and delivering final orders to clients or courier hubs.
• General Warehouse Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop/office environment.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: High school diploma / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of operating computers (e.g., opening files, using basic software, internet browsing).
• Driving License: Must possess a valid, clean [Insert License Type, e.g., 4-wheeler / LMV] driving license with good knowledge of local routes.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical work, including lifting boxes, packing, and standing for extended periods during production runs.
