Business Development Manager – Credit Card Sales (JD)Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Credit Card Sales
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Department: Credit Card Sales
Location: Kerala
Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage credit card sales activities
Generate business through field sales, corporate visits, and channel partners
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives
Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals
Build strong relationships with customers and banking partners
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
Handle customer queries and resolve issues on time
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Candidate Requirements:Minimum Graduate
Experience in Banking / Credit Card Sales preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong team handling and target-achievement ability
Ability to work under pressure and in field sales environment
