Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects. Candidates should have practical site experience, good technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate works efficiently at site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at site
- Monitor quality of work and material usage
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Ensure work progress as per drawings and schedule
- Prepare site reports and measurements
- Handle site execution and basic planning
- Ensure safety and proper site management
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year site experience in residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge in construction drawings and site execution
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be sincere, hardworking, and responsible
Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
Higher experience and skill level will be offered higher salary packages.
