Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Collection Officer with 2+ years of experience in BFSI/Finance collections. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, following up on delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and achieving collection targets. Must have strong communication and recovery skills, experience in field collections, and knowledge of collection processes. Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
