We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Performance Marketing
Manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversions
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website optimization and UX improvements
- Social Media & Content Marketing Develop social media strategies and content calendars
- Oversee creation of engaging content including blogs, videos, creatives, and email campaigns
- Manage brand presence across digital platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors
- Manage budgets and campaign timelines
- Mentor junior marketing team members if applicable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
