We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apple Service Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore, Trivandrum & Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a passion for electronics, mobile phones, laptops, and technology. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and other electronic devices.
- Perform hardware and software repairs under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in device testing, quality checks, and repair documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic technical support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations.
- Follow company procedures, repair protocols, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Computer Hardware, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Tamil speaking is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, or electronics repair.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn advanced repair techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team and grow within the organization.
