Manager - Advertisement
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance market presence.
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of potential leads into successful advertising campaigns.
Client Acquisition and Account Management
- Identify and acquire new clients through research, targeted outreach, and networking initiatives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Revenue Growth and Opportunity Maximization
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising services.
- Develop and present customized proposals that maximize client ROI and advertising impact.
Strategic Collaboration and Partnerships
- Work with internal teams to leverage cross-departmental expertise and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Explore opportunities to form partnerships with agencies and brands, contributing to wider advertising campaigns and initiatives.
Data-Driven Sales Performance
- Track and report on individual and team sales performance, providing insights for process improvements and strategy refinements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
Team Contribution and Leadership Support
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to sales strategies for large-scale advertising projects.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to enhance overall team productivity.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA/Masters (Preferred)
Work Experience:
10 to 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising or related fields.
