MBA Intern – School Outreach Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA, undergraduate, postgraduate students, and recent graduates to join us as School Outreach Associates.

The selected candidates will support school outreach, institutional partnerships, student registrations, and tournament coordination activities.

This internship provides practical exposure to educational outreach, business development, stakeholder engagement, and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools and educational institutions in assigned locations.
• Meet school management, principals, physical education teachers, and school coordinators.
• Present Capablanca’s chess and cognitive development programmes.
• Discuss opportunities to establish school chess clubs and encourage tournament participation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with school representatives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and support the onboarding of partner schools.
• Assist with student registration and enrolment activities.
• Support tournament planning, school events, and participant coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of school visits, meetings, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme execution.

Eligibility and Requirements:

• MBA, undergraduate, or postgraduate students and recent graduates may apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confident in interacting with school leadership teams, teachers, and educators.
• Willing to travel within assigned locations.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in education, child development, community engagement, sales, or business development.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for approved official travel, as per company policy.
