Medical Representative (MR)

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (Surgical Consumables) / Area Sales Manager.

Job Brief:We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our market presence across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Telangana. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of experience who is comfortable with direct doctor interaction and end-to-end sales management. We provide comprehensive training and product information to ensure your success. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Order Generation & Sales:

o   Identify and convert new business opportunities to get regular New Surgical Orders.

o   Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for medical consumables.

o   Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to Doctors, hospital staff, and nurses.

·        Customer Interaction & Retention:

o   Maintain regular interaction with Doctors and healthcare professionals to promote consumables.

o   Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with hospital administrators and pharmacists.

o   Conduct rigorous follow-up on leads and current accounts to ensure continuous supply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in medical sales, preferably with Surgical consumables Products.

·        Location: Based in or willing to travel extensively across the State.

·        Technical Skills: Ability to learn and explain the benefits of various Surgical consumables.

·        Soft Skills:

o   Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

o   Strong persistence and resilience to handle a target-oriented environment.

o   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
