Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
A. Data Reporting
Maintain and update daily operational reports
Update all CSV / Excel / dashboard entries on the same day
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data
B. Order & Payment Monitoring
Monitor daily order data and payment reconciliation
Ensure all order statuses are updated correctly in the dashboard
Track pending payments and report discrepancies
C. Merchant & Agent Data Management
Maintain updated records of merchants (Details,Catalogues,Product images) and delivery agents
Verify and update onboarding details in the system
Monitor subscription, commission, and payout records
D. Dashboard & System Monitoring
Monitor activity logs and operational dashboards
Track discounts, promo code expirations, and product updates
Maintain proper data backup and documentation
E. Merchant Acquisition
Identify and approach potential merchants from all business categories
Approach merchants for orders , pick and drop service
F. Delivery Agent Acquisition
Identify and recruit delivery agents across assigned zones.
Maintain sufficient rider availability in peak-demand areas.
G. Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Order Management, and Accounts teams for data accuracy
Provide support to management for decision-making
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management from time to time
