Payroll Analyst - Tax and Payroll Processing

PAS - Tax Payroll - Advanced Analyst

Staff - Resource with minimum 2 years’ experience in India payroll processing.

Your key responsibilities 

• Manage end to end full & final settlement process, which includes validating the F&F inputs, co-ordinate with respective stakeholders for any clarifications, calculation of F&F payments and other statutory deductions, prepare the payment registers, upload the payments, and ensure the credit of the amount on time
• Prepare the MIS and reconciliation files for audits and leadership reviews.
• Respond to ex-employee queries as per the TAT

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• Previous payroll experience in high volume, full function payroll 
• Data Entry Skills 
• General Math Skills  
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal  
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, thoroughness. 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Payroll related diploma/certificate will be advantageous, but not necessary
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills 
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
• Experience using large ERP system will be advantageous but not essential 
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
