Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
Ø Operate the facility efficiently in line with the SOP’s of plant & without any downtime.
Ø Keeping station manpower fulfilled as per requirement, Shortlisting & Immediate vacancy filling with the help of regional manager.
Ø Preparing shift schedules & managing O&M without overtimes, monitoring attendance of staff on daily basis & preparation of attendance sheets.
Ø Update customer with station operational data, Technical issues, maintenance dues, criticalities & emergencies etc. Filling up Daily/Weekly/Monthly checklists, reports and provide status to Client.
Ø Providing periodical training to Employees (Fortnightly) as per their area/work requirement and preparing training records and file them.
Ø Carrying out LNG unloading-from tanker to storage tank with the use of unloading pump.
Ø Carrying out Operation and maintenance of equipment’s like LNG Unloading Pump, LNG Storage Tank, High Pressure Pumps, Low Pressure and High Pressure Vaporiser, PRS Skids, Air Compressor, Fire Fighting System etc.
Ø Daily checking the equipment visually to ensure if there is an abnormal noise, Temperature change in equipment while operation, Gas leakage in system.
Ø Preparing DPR daily and sharing to client. Maintaining the required documentation as per client.
Ø Following the HSE protocols & Safety instructions of client
Ø Maintaining & keeping safe all tools & Tackles, Cryo PPE’s, Spares , Non-sparking tools etc. Providing check list of tools to regional manager monthly.
Ø Tracking & Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance in timely manner.
Ø Ensuring that everyone is following safety instructions, wearing PPE’s, Wearing uniforms etc. Awareness about the penalty for non-compliance.
Ø Maintaining Proper housekeeping of the complete station along with equipment cleanliness.
Ø Analysing spares requirement & availability monthly.
Ø Preparation of Monthly Report of Plant.
Ø Weekly firefighting trails of all firefighting pumps.
Ø Ensuring calibration status of all instruments, testing status of equipment etc.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Ø Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
Ø Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in Operations and Maintenance/Process Industry/Relevant Industry.
