Program Manager - IT, Cloud & Security Governance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead enterprise IT, Cloud, and Security transformation initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end program execution, coordinating with implementation teams, ensuring timely deployment delivery, and managing technical governance across infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise technology projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT program management, cloud and security technologies, governance frameworks, compliance management, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires active engagement with technical teams to resolve deployment challenges, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure operational and security compliance across implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security programs from initiation to closure.
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, governance, and reporting across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal implementation teams, OEMs, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and deployments.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure adherence to agreed milestones and SLAs.
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making to resolve deployment and implementation challenges.

IT, Cloud & Security Governance

• Establish governance frameworks for IT and security project implementations.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with organizational security standards, architecture principles, and compliance requirements.
• Drive access governance, risk management, and security controls across enterprise technology deployments.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and operations teams to ensure secure and compliant implementations.
• Track and govern project-related risks, audit observations, compliance gaps, and remediation activities.

Technical & Operational Coordination

• Work closely with cloud, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to manage enterprise technology rollouts.
• Support technical architecture reviews, deployment planning, change management, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure operational resilience, monitoring, observability, and service continuity considerations are incorporated into projects.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation governance activities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage with business stakeholders, leadership teams, technology partners, and vendors for program governance and delivery.
• Conduct steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Manage vendor deliverables, implementation commitments, and contractual obligations.

Risk, Compliance & Audit Management

• Ensure projects comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and audit expectations.
• Support governance initiatives related to access controls, cloud security, data protection, and operational compliance.
• Drive closure of audit observations, risk findings, and security recommendations related to implemented projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Program / Project Management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and security transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of: 
  1. Cybersecurity frameworks and governance
  2. Cloud infrastructure and platforms
  3. IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture
  4. Access governance and risk management
  5. Monitoring, observability, and operational resilience
• Experience handling enterprise-scale technology deployments and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
•  ITIL and Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
