RDKV, STB Architect

• Strong experience in Embedded Systems, Multimedia, and Digital TV • Proficiency in C/C++, JavaScript, NodeJS • Good understanding of Linux OS internals • Experience with STB Architecture, RDK-V, and RDK Thunder • Knowledge of CA & DRM technologies and E2E video solutions • Experience in Broadcast TV, IPTV, and OTT platforms • Hands-on experience with Nagra CA, SoC capabilities, and certification processes • Strong understanding of OOP and software design principles • Experience with software development tools and frameworks • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions for Digital TV and multimedia platforms • Work on RDK ecosystem components, including RDK-V, Thunder architecture, and Firebolt SDK integration • Develop and optimize applications using C/C++, JavaScript, and NodeJS • Integrate and support third‑party OTT applications (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube) • Design and support video encoding, streaming, and media delivery workflows • Work with CA & DRM systems, including certification and security design • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and designs • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for E2E video management solutions
