Job Description
● Basic qualification or experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or any related field (freshers welcome)
● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn — how each platform's algorithm works
● Basic graphic design skills (Canva is a must; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
● Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
● Good written communication in English and Malayalam
● Ability to understand a technical product (smart homes) and explain it in simple, exciting language
● Self-starter attitude — someone who takes initiative without being told what to post every day
