Job Description
A Social Media Executive, you will manage the brand's online presence by creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc. Key responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies, and staying updated with social media trends. Ensure brand consistency, handle community management, and often assist in paid ad campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, create, and schedule daily engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to engage with the audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, and generate regular performance reports.
- Strategy Implementation: Execute social media strategies aligned with company goals to boost brand visibility.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify industry trends, new formats, and relevant hashtags to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Paid Campaign Support: Assist with managing paid social media advertising campaigns, such as Facebook Ads
