What You Will Do

• Strategic Delivery & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software programs, ensuring high-quality releases are achieved on time and by bridging the gap between technical execution and business goals.

• Agile Leadership & Process Optimization: Drive high-performing, cross-functional squads using Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, high velocity, and predictable delivery.

• Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, maintaining transparent communication to align product roadmaps with stakeholder expectations and business ROI.

• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Anticipate project blockers and dependencies early through structured risk assessments, developing robust mitigation plans to ensure seamless transitions from kickoff to go-live.

• AI-First Delivery Mindset: Champion an "AI-First" approach by integrating AI tools and automated workflows into the development lifecycle to accelerate planning, development, testing, and root-cause analysis.

• Operational Excellence with AI: Leverage AI-driven insights and predictive forecasting to move beyond static schedules, using data to spot risk patterns early and optimize team capacity planning.

What Experience You Need

• 12–16 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory/people management role managing multiple engineering squads within the Indian tech ecosystem.

• Strong background in full-stack development with proven experience leading the design and development of Java/ .NET, and Microservices-based architectures.

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS. Cloud Certification is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of working closely with Platform Engineering teams and SRE teams to establish automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), and operational metrics (SLAs/SLOs).

• Experience leveraging AI-driven insights or predictive data forecasting to optimize team capacity planning and spot project risk patterns early.

• Prior experience working within an enterprise Financial Services, Banking, or Credit Bureau environment.
