Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails. Qualify prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service. CRM software is used to manage and track customer interactions.
- Existing Customer Management: Managing and securing ongoing business from existing customers, enhancing client relationships, and driving repeat sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT networking products and services. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to communicate value propositions to customers effectively.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase our solutions to potential clients. Address customer questions and concerns with confidence.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Follow the company’s sales script and strategy to drive consistent results while improvising as necessary to close deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies to meet sales targets.
- Order Processing & Follow-Up: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including processing orders, generating quotes, and following up on deliveries and payments.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of targets to the HOD.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Business Administration, Information Technology, electronics and telecommunication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the IT or networking industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to customers.
- Technical Knowledge: of IT networking concepts, products, and services.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: to manage customer information and track sales activities.
- Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills: to close deals and address customer concerns.
- Ability to Meet Sales Targets: through effective time management and sales strategy execution.
